Blue Collar Crypto

Plain English · Scam-proof · For working people

Keep your money. Then make it work.

I'm Caleb. I'm 50 years old, I live in Oklahoma City, and I've worked in the general construction trades most of my working life, the last 10 years straight, doing all my own work. I frame, pour concrete, and over the last two years I've learned finish carpentry. I've also lost over $12,000 to crypto scams. This site is what I've learned, in plain English, so you don't pay the tuition I paid.

Why I'm doing this

$12,000+

What I've lost to crypto scams. It's the reason every guide here starts with keeping your money.

“I try to do the things the people with all the money do, just on a much smaller scale.”

A lot of working people are either unaware of how money is changing or have been told the wrong things about it. I want to help folks like us keep what we earn and learn to make it work for us in the new financial system that's coming.

That's my conviction, not a promise. Nobody can promise where crypto goes, and I won't try. What I can do is show you what I've learned, including what it cost me.

Lock it down

Buying small amounts the boring way and keeping it safe. Guard your recovery phrase like the keys to your truck and your tools.

No. 03

Taxes & the long game

What the new 1099-DA form means, how to keep records, and where crypto does or doesn't fit next to a 401(k), pension, or IRA.
